Domestic and foreign researchers have taken the various multi-level research on the application of video feedback in the physical education and training.Video feedback has been extensively studied and achieved remarkable achievement in the high jump,volleyball,speed skating and other projects’ teaching and training,which has accumulated a wealth of research results.People have also carried out a lot of research and exploration on basketball technology teaching,including the theoretical research on basketball technology system,and application of the specific teaching methods,teaching modes,technical means in basketball technology teaching.But the application of video feedback in the basketball technology teaching is less,and because of the limitations of technical means,expensive equipment,and software constraints,the applications of video feedback in basketball technology teaching are mostly concentrated in the teaching video’s playback,teaching video’ record and collective feedback after the playback and so on.On the basis of the above research,this paper explores the new methods and forms of the application of video feedback in college basketball teaching.Through the teaching experiment of dribbling and shooting,compared the different effects of video feedback in teaching and conventional teaching in college basketball teaching,and studied students’ interest and subjectivity on the basketball technology learning by questionnaire,the author demonstrated effectiveness of video feedback teaching in college basketball optional course for basketball technique.This study chooses the students of grade two in Xinyang College who attend the optional courses in basketball as the experimental object.Firstly,the author Randomly selected two classes of grade two,female.Secondly,the author took one of the group as the experimental group,and the other group as the control group,and the number of two classes was respectively 30 people.The teaching experiment(16 times)conducted for 8weeks,in which the experimental group carried out video feedback in teaching,while the control group for routine teaching,and two groups are controlled under the same condition of teaching time,teaching content and teaching progress.The findings of the experiment,which based on the test of one-minute shooting and dribbling round trip havebeen reached as follows:1.In the one-minute shooting test,the target score of experimental group reached6.00 ± 2.22,and the its technical score was 4.42 ± 2.56;while the target score of control group achieved 3.70 ± 2.32,and its technical score was 3.92 ± 2.62.The target score and technical score of experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences.During the dribbling test,the target score of experimental group achieved 5.20 ± 2.33,and its technical score is 4.23 ± 0.43,while the target score of control group is 3.35 ± 2.03 and 3.83 ± 0.45 for its technical evaluation.The results of test suggest that the experimental group are higher than the control group,and the difference is significant.The effect of Video feedback in teaching is significantly,which enhances the female college basketball skills.2.Through the analysis of the questionnaire after the experiment,93.34% of the students think that the subjective initiative in the process of video feedback in teaching has been improved.90% of the students believe that video feedback in teaching develop their sense of self-confidence in acquiring basketball technology.86.67% of the students state that their team cooperation has been improved during the video feedback in teaching.Video feedback in teaching optimizes the process of class teaching,to strengthen the teacher’s leadership and the subjectivity of the students.3.Video feedback in teaching improves students’ interest in acquiring basketball technology.86.67% of the students claim that their interests in learning basketball technology have been improved during the video feedback in teaching,and the basketball class becomes lively.4.The video feedback in teaching plays a certain role in complement and promotion to the traditional teaching methods.
