The specific measures of the opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school physical education in the new era are to strengthen the deepening reform of school physical education teaching and to reform and innovate the ways and methods of physical education teaching.Choosing appropriate teaching methods in the teaching process will contribute to the realization of teaching objectives and the completion of teaching tasks.How to use modern information technology to improve teaching methods,enrich teaching means,improve teaching quality,and stimulate students’ enthusiasm and consciousness to participate in sports is an urgent problem for physical education teachers.Feedback is one of the teaching elements and an important factor affecting students’ learning effect.Appropriate feedback in the process of skill practice can correct the bias and errors in teaching,help to achieve the teaching objectives and promote the formation of motor skills;Video feedback teaching method is a new teaching method based on Multimedia software technology.Applying video feedback teaching method to physical education courses can realize the multi-directional transmission of feedback information and make the feedback content more comprehensive and effective.Therefore,this study introduces the video feedback teaching method into the elective courses of Taekwondo in Colleges and universities,and carries out experimental research,in order to explore the role of the video feedback teaching method in the teaching efficiency,teaching quality and teaching effect of Taekwondo Courses in Colleges and universities.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment,this paper takes two randomly selected2020 Taekwondo elective classes of Guangdong University of finance as the experimental objects,a total of 60 students,30 students in the experimental class and30 students in the control class.The teaching experiments are carried out using the conventional teaching method and the video feedback teaching method respectively.Before the experiment,the height,weight and physical fitness of the students in the two classes were tested,and the students’ Taekwondo learning experience was investigated;In the course of the experiment,the students’ classroom performance was graded;After the experiment,the basic theoretical knowledge,basic sports skills and physical fitness of the two groups of students were assessed,and the questionnaire on the internal motivation of Taekwondo learning was completed.Finally,the data obtained from the experiment were sorted out and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.the video feedback teaching method has no obvious promoting effect on the improvement of the physical quality of Taekwondo students in Colleges and universities,and has no advantages compared with the conventional feedback teaching method.2.the video feedback teaching method has significantly improved the sports skills of Taekwondo students in Colleges and universities,and has obvious advantages compared with the conventional feedback teaching method.3.the video feedback teaching method has significantly improved the relevant theoretical knowledge of Taekwondo students in Colleges and universities.Compared with the conventional feedback teaching method,it has obvious advantages.4.the video feedback teaching method improves the attendance rate of students,and the classroom atmosphere is better than the conventional teaching class.5.compared with the conventional teaching method,the video feedback teaching method strengthens the internal motivation of college students to learn Taekwondo,especially in the four dimensions of interest / fun,subjective ability,effort /importance,value / usefulness,the scores of the experimental class are significantly higher than those of the control class.
