The "New Curriculum Standards" of colleges and universities point out that with the widespread application of modern information technology in teaching,contemporary students are changing from traditional and stereotyped learning methods to more realistic and exploratory learning experiences.In the face of the ever-changing educational needs of students,how to use modern information technology to change the course content and stimulate the enthusiasm and consciousness of students to participate in sports has also become an urgent issue for PE teachers.At present,China is in the midst of the epidemic.As a necessary means for physical education teachers to guide students in physical exercise during online teaching,video feedback is worthy of further exploration.This article USES the literature material method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the video feedback in basketball elective course in colleges and universities use of auxiliary teaching experiment and research,to explore the feasibility and effectiveness,and aimed at to innovative thinking to enhance consciousness of physical education teachers in colleges and universities sports teaching reform,improve the effect of basketball teaching,further stimulate students interest in basketball sport,science and enhance the level of basketball technique and movement quality,cultivate the habit of lifelong sports.In this study,40 male undergraduates of non-physical education major of 2018 from shenyang normal university were taken as the experimental subjects.After the sample differences were eliminated through the pre-experiment test,they were all divided into two classes,of which one was the experimental class for video feedback assistant teaching and the other was the comparison class for traditional physical education teaching.Under the condition that the teaching time,teachers,teaching content,teaching progress and other irrelevant variables are consistent,the 10-week teaching experiment research is carried out.After considering the shooting Angle,processing method,timing and frequency of feedback,the author finally chose to verify the effect of video feedback assistant teaching in college basketball elective course from the aspects of learning breakthrough technology,shooting technology and dribbling technology.Based on the recording of the experiment process and the analysis of the test results of students' 1-minute shooting and the overall dribbling after the experiment,the following conclusions can be drawn: video feedback assistant teaching can help students to establish the connection between visual representation and motion representation faster,and the teaching efficiency and teaching quality are significantly improved.There was a positive correlation between the effect of video feedback and the level of difficulty.The use of video feedback to assist teaching is more conducive to capturing instantaneous technical action;Video feedback AIDS teaching focuses more on teaching students according to their aptitude.According to the problems in the experiment,the following Suggestions are put forward: video feedback should be improved properly and more widely used in the movement learning of basketball teaching.In addition to basic technical movements,it should also include tactical cooperation and basketball awareness.Teachers should not only give video feedback in classroom teaching,but also give additional feedback after class,so as to cultivate students' independent learning ability,develop their interest in sports,and achieve "lifelong sports".
