| Since the 21st century,with the maturity and progress of internet information technology,China has set off a wave of educational informatization reform.The new online course teaching form that combines information technology with education has become the wind vane of educational development.The blended teaching model that integrates SPOC and flipped classroom has attracted widespread attention from many scholars in China.It integrates the advantages of online teaching and face-to-face classroom teaching,reorganizes classroom time,supplemented by high-quality teaching resources and online evaluation functions,and integrates them for small-scale learners.Through its personalized learning form,it increases online and offline interaction between teachers and students,implements the "student centered" teaching concept,and improves teaching effectiveness.This study focuses on the experimental study of SPOC based flipped classroom teaching mode in directional exercise classes in ordinary universities.Two classes of 50 female college students from Mudanjiang Normal University in 2022 were selected as the experimental subjects.Using literature research methods and other methods,the advantages of SPOC and flipped classroom were integrated,and a flipped classroom teaching mode was constructed based on the SPOC online platform,which was applied in directional exercise course teaching,Provide reference teaching methods and SPOC application and design ideas for flipped classroom teaching in directional sports classes in ordinary universities.Research has shown that:(1)Both the flipped classroom based on SPOC and the directional exercise class based on conventional teaching have shown a certain improvement in average scores in improving students’ physical fitness,indicating that both have good effects in improving students’ physical fitness.(2)The application of SPOC based flipped classroom in directional sports classes can not only improve students’ theoretical performance in directional sports,but also help improve the learning effectiveness of difficult techniques such as map reading,route selection,and checkpoint capture in directional sports.However,there was no significant difference in the learning effect of off-road running techniques.(3)The flipped classroom based on SPOC emphasizes the integration of online and offline teaching during the teaching process.Pre class preview and post class review are completed online,while face-to-face learning is completed offline,which can enhance students’ interest in sports learning and ultimately improve their performance in directional sports.(4)The student evaluation shows that the flipped classroom based on SPOC is relatively satisfied with the teaching of directional sports courses,and highly recognizes the teaching resources of the SPOC online platform.They believe that the new teaching model has a promoting effect on improving self-learning ability,learning confidence,learning enthusiasm,classroom atmosphere activity,learning efficiency,cooperation awareness,and playing the role of teaching subject,I have high expectations for the formal use of this teaching mode in directional sports classes. |
