This study selected the first grade two class students of Shuren school of the affiliated high school of nanjing normal university as experimental object,flip through developing the 12-week sports classroom teaching experiment,flip the classroom teaching of sports ability of autonomic learning in junior middle school students.Before the experiment,the teaching scheme of flipped classroom was designed according to song chaoxia's flipped classroom teaching mode.The independent learning ability scale of middle school students' physical education was made by Lin jun before and after the teaching experiment,and the independent learning ability of students in the experimental class and the control class was measured.By literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,interview method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,detailed analysis of the different teaching methods on junior high school students learning motivation,learning strategy,learning environment,learn the details of self-management four dimensions.Research process including design implementation of the teaching experiment,the design of classroom teaching video,student sports ability of autonomic learning before and after the experiment of measuring,national students physical health before and after the experiment selected to measure project performance evaluation,after the experiment students to flip of classroom teaching evaluation,etc.After the teaching experiment was completed,independent sample T test was applied,and the data of the two variables were analyzed by statistical methods such as correlation analysis of two variables.The results showed that:1.63 percent of students said they like flipped classroom teaching mode,and 13 percent of students found it difficult to learn video before class.2.Flipped classroom teaching has a positive influence on students' ability to learn value,target content,self-summarization,social environment and material environment.3.Flipped classroom teaching and traditional physical education teaching can improve students' physical quality,but in the short term,there are no statistically significant differences between the two teaching methods on the physical quality of students.4.The level of students' independent learning ability is in a moderate positive correlation with national students' physical fitness standard.Suggestions:1.It can be implemented in the middle school sports and health course flip the classroom teaching,the school should give corresponding support sports' classrooms and teachers,such as:hardware support,technical training,such as financial rewards.2.If want to change the student sports ability of autonomic learning,we must observe both inside and outside two aspects——on the one hand,to improve the quality of flip part of classroom before class learning,improve the quality of the teaching video,attract the attention of the students;On the other hand,teachers should communicate with parents to create a good after-school sports environment for students.3.To further improve the evaluation system of students' physical education,whether it is the evaluation of flipped classroom effect or the evaluation of independent learning ability should take into consideration the students' emotional factors.
