With the rapid development of China' s economy,people gradually transform from the hungry transition to well-off and even the rich living standards,which produced some higher demand,including sports fitness.In modern urban life,attention of health promotes popularity of running,road running,night running,rainbow running,festival running and other new forms of running is attracting a large number of young people to join the ranks of running,running has become fresh fashion in youths' view.This study is based on the core proposition of the reason why people are crazy about running,in the usage of participation observation,quantitative survey,interviews and literature analysis.Theoretical knowledge is based on fashion theory,social psychology theory.The article begins with the social background of the rise of running,such as the development of the economy,the improvement of people's living and consumption standard.The developed technology provides more convenience for the ordinary runners.Leisure time meets people's more spare time.Urban adolescent universal psychology of anxiety,confusion,frustration and other negative psychology needs to find ways to vent and so on.At present,there are three visible kinds of fashionable phenomenon:Race heat,equipment heat and popular language.Domestic race shows a blowout development since 2015,Beijing,Shanghai and other popular cities appeared a phenomenon of"difficult to register".Equipment heat is driven by the trend of youth equipment talent.According to different age of running,runners can divide into potential runners,casual runners and core runners.Buzzwords are generated from the running fashion,based on the use of the way and popularity,it generally can divide into ordinary buzzwords,expression packs buzzwords,cross-talk buzzwords and so on.Secondly,from the view of individual motivation,the teens' running mainly for fitness,weight loss,cool experience and other behavior motivation as well as imitation,unconventional,novelty,show-off and other psychological motivation.Thirdly,from the view of group characteristics,it contains the internal identity,external segments and other characteristics,reflecting the fashion functions of differentiation and integration.The study found that running fashion derived urban youth on the 'self'chase.In the context of urban environment,there is a contradiction between the emotional needs and the objective culture of young people,as a subject,youth need to resort to fashion and pursue themselves,both require the similarity and the different.
