A Study On The Practice Of Modern Apprenticeship And The Countermeasures

With the deepening of reform and development of vocational education, the modern apprenticeship has become a multi-active new term.Only in short span of three years between 2012 and 2014, the Ministry of Education has announced its main points, which involved started the pilot and promoted the pilot. In August 2015, the Ministry of Education announced the launch of Modern Apprenticeship in 165 pilot units, while Shanghai launched 11 pilots in vocational colleges. From theory to practice, practice of Modern Apprenticeship has been gradually implemented in establishments. Although the pilot in its infancy, there is still a need to summarize the results of past practice to analysis gains and losses, which will undoubtedly further promote the practice.This paper is divided into seven sections.The first chapter describes the background presented, the purpose and significance of the research problem, literature review, research ideas and methods, and paper innovation;The second chapter points out the theoretical basis of thesis, including new institutional organization theory and sociology of economics cost-benefit theory, and defines the core concepts;The third chapter of literature research carried out on China’s macro-level practice situation dubbed "Modern Apprenticeship" the basic unit of research and analysis, summed up the basic conditions of modern apprenticeship practice, practice characteristics and shortcomings;The fourth chapter analyzes Shanghai since the launch of the pilot including the introduction of the policy, the pilot colleges situation, and a detailed analysis of the institutions;The fifth chapter discusses the status quo practice the main problem;Chapter six relevant theories and learn from practical experience of Western Modern Apprenticeship, Modern Apprenticeship for development proposals and responses;The last part of the paper are summarized.
