The Ministry of Education strongly supports the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship system.During the steady progress of the pilot work,it has always been the goal of vocational education to formulate teaching plans based on the needs of internship posts,to cultivate skilled talents with firm career concepts,who are practical,hardworking and enterprising.master,as the guide of students to work,play an important role in the career growth of students.Only when the master fully guides students in their work and mobilizes their initiative to study and think,can the internship effect of students be better.Focusing on how master should guide and how the students to learn,the author combed the research literature related to the guidance in the modern apprenticeship system,and studied "the problems and Countermeasures of the guidance in the modern apprenticeship system".This research takes the students who practice in enterprises in secondary vocational schools as the research object.By combing the changes and development of the teaching process of masters and apprentices in the development of apprenticeship to modern apprenticeship,it summarizes the connotation of guidance in modern apprenticeship,and then uses method of observation and interview to investigate the guidance of the master and the current situation of students' learning.Further analysis of the problems in the guidance,and analysis of the causes of the problems,put forward reasonable suggestions.Lack of institutional constraints,passive guidance of masters and blindness of students' learning are the main problems in the modem apprenticeship system.In addition,the guidance method of master is single,the content is not clear,the lack of students' professional spirit and the weak sense of innovation are not conducive to the development of guidance.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:firstly,school-enterprise linkage should be established to guarantee the guiding mechanism.Masters with guiding ability should be equipped for students through deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and written documents should be drawn up to implement the tutoring;secondly,masters should strengthen the construction of masters' morality and make effective use of various teaching methods according to students' learning characteristics to guide students to play the role of subjectivity.Finally,students should take the initiative to observe the operation process of the master at post,take the master as an example,strengthen the cultivation of their professional spirit,and pay attention to the accumulation of practical experience.The master should regularly assess the students' working conditions on jobs,and feedback to the school as the basis of students' salary,evaluation and evaluation of practice results,and mobilize Students' enthusiasm for working in internship positions.Through the above measures,we strive to implement the guidance and learning in the modern apprenticeship system.
