| In order to implement the "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)",the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on further strengthening the physical health management of primary and secondary school students, which should incorporate physical health management into the evaluation and assessment system of local education administrative departments and schools, attach great importance to physical health management, further deepen the reform of physical education teaching, guide primary and secondary school physical education teachers across the country to conduct physical education classes in a scientific, standardized and high-quality manner, and better help students "enjoy fun, enhance physical fitness,Improve personality, temper will",requires breaking the previous evaluation of only a certain aspect of sports technology, physical health, etc. And paying more attention to the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of "knowledge, ability, behavior, and health",realizing the process evaluation of daily exercise, timely feedback to parents, doing a good job in home-school cooperation, and jointly promoting the healthy growth of students. In the face of this change, this paper introduces and screens the Canadian sports literacy assessment items and process evaluation content, makes full use of the literature method, questionnaire survey method, comparative research method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method,a total of 60 subjects were selected from two classes of the first day of junior high school in Longding laboratory school,Lixia District,Jinan City, and uses height, weight,BMI,lung capacity,50 meters, sitting forward bending, standing long jump,pull-ups/sit-ups,1000 meters/800 meters as test indicators.Creatively use the training method of Canadian physical literacy process assessment project to guide students to exercise and practice, and conduct experimental intervention research on the physical health level of junior high school students,so as to provide a valuable reference for enhancing the process physical evaluation and improving students’ physical health level in junior high school. The results showed that:(1)After 12 weeks of Canadian sports literacy assessment program training intervention, the performance of vital capacity,50 meters, standing long jump of male and female in the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.01);There were no significant differences in height, body weight,BMI,sitting forward bend,pull-up,sit-up and endurance running results compared with those before the experiment(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of traditional physical education, the results of 50 meters and standing long jump of male and female students in the control group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.01);The pull-up performance of male students was significantly different from that before the experiment(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in height, body weight,BMI,vital capacity, sitting forward flexion,sit-up and endurance running results compared with those before the experiment(P > 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the vital capacity and 50 m performance of boys(P < 0.01)and girls(P < 0.05).After the experiment, there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in height, body weight,BMI,sitting forward bend, standing long jump,pull-up,sit-up and endurance running results(P > 0.05).(4)The positive scores of the sports interest assessment scale of male students in the experimental group were improved after 12 weeks of training(P < 0.01).Therefore,the Canadian sports literacy assessment project training can improve the interest of middle school students in sports learning.Conclusions:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the experimental group and the control group have been tested by independent sample T test, and there are significant differences in the vital capacity and 50 m running index(P < 0.05),indicating that the Canadian sports literacy assessment program training has a significant improvement effect on the cardiopulmonary function and speed quality of students.(2)After 12 weeks of training in Canadian sports literacy assessment program, there is no significant difference between students’ sitting forward bend, standing long jump,pull-up,sit-up,1000 m and 800 m running compared with conventional physical education teaching. The influence of Canadian sports literacy assessment program training on students’ flexibility, strength and endurance quality needs to be further studied.(3)The training of Canadian sports literacy assessment project has improved students’ interest in sports learning and sports, and their enthusiasm for sports exercise has been improved, while the degree of negative emotions has decreased.(4)The training of Canadian sports literacy assessment project well reflects the qualitative evaluation based on process observation and highlights the subjectivity of students.Through dynamic, multiple and situational qualitative evaluation,it pays attention to the overall situation of students’ learning as well as their confidence and enthusiasm in participating in sports activities. The ability to apply knowledge in a specific context. The process evaluation with this method will change the previous form of evaluating the process of physical education through project test results, and improve the physical health level of students through long-term training of sports literacy. |
