Research On Project Management Of Youngster Social Works

Youngster social work relates to education,management,development and maintenance of rights and interests.Since the China is in a period of social transformation,youngster as a social group is in the processes of adjusting to the change of society,and the problems of maintenance of rights and interests occurred in the period has become widely concern in the society.With the Youngster social work service field becomes more and more widely and the service environment changes,the limit of resources,and diversification of growing demand have become serious.The previous work pattern is unable to meet the need of changes and innovation of social management.Establishing new youngster social work management system and operational mechanism and exploring the pattern of youth services in the development of the social management and public service has become an urgent need to study and solve the important problems.Project management is a systematic management method,which has been applied in the field of engineering,education,business,military and other fields since twenty-first Century.The method of project management applied in the field of social work helps to integrate social resources,reduce management costs,improve the efficiency and quality of social management and public service.Under the leadership of the Communist Youth League,Nanning city youngster affairs administration have been organized the bidding purchase projects by the means of project management,of which purpose is to maximize financial and human resources to complete a given task.The methods of project planning,control and supervision have been applied on the youngster social work project.The dissertation summarizes the domestic and foreign research paper on project management in social work.Based on theoretical analysis and case-studies,the project management application on youngster social work of Nanning is studied,the current problems and causes are analyzed.The dissertation focus on the case of Nanning " Grow Up Together With Love "project,the implementation of project management quantitative technique and strategy are proposed,and the project evaluation system is established.The contribution of the dissertation is applying the methods of project management in youngster social work management,which change the management pattern and improve the social work scientificly and systematicly.The research in the dissertation provides not only experience of project management youngster social work,but also the theoretical analysis for further research.
