Secondary vocational school teachers as the core of human resources in vocational colleges,its quality is the foundation and hope for the development of vocational colleges.And the vocational teachers who cultivating students’ professional core competencies,their ability of teaching and comprehensive quality are very important factors that directly affect the future of students and the development of school.While at present,the whole level of specalized teachers in secondary vocational schools is not optimistic,between that and the requirements of the scientific development of vocational education there is a considerable gap.In order to ensure the quality of vocational education and raise the overall quality of teachers’,we must have brilliant effective training of teachers.Since 2006 the implementation of the "Plan of improving the quality of secondary vocational schools teachers",which designed by the Ministry of education and the Ministry of finance,China’s vocational education teachers’ training efforts continue to increase,and get unprecedented attention,but in the specific training implementation process many problems are still faced,and the quality of teachers’training also needs to be raised.Therefore,we have to find the reason for the training’s problems,establish and improve the relevant systems,to advance the secondary vocational education teachers’ training and strive to bright a new future for the construction of secondary vocational education teachers team.The main body of this paper consists three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction introduces the background and significance of this study,research status,and research methods,etc.The text has four parts,the first part defines the related concepts,and explores the theoretical basis of the research.In the second part,through the investigation of specialized course teacher training situation,from the aspects of training needs,training content,teacher training and training effect,describe the Status of Training implementation for the Secondary Vocational School Teachers and points out the problems existing,including training content target is not clear,the training way is inflexible and monotonous,enterprise participation not high,unreasonable structure of teachers,training and evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Then take an analysis of the reasons of the existing problems.The third part introduces the experience of professional teacher training in developed countries and the inspiration for China.Based on those existing problems and the reasons,combining with the foreign advanced experience,the fourth part put forward the countermeasures of optimizing secondary vocational school specialized course teachers training,including improving the secondary vocational school teachers’ training and security system,establishing practical training evaluation and feedback system.The conclusion part summarizes the author’s point of view,and looks forward to the future of the secondary vocational school teachers’ training.
