| With the country paying more and more attention to vocational education,secondary vocational education has also ushered in the spring of development.In recent years,with the better and better students in secondary vocational schools,a large number of young teachers have been introduced into secondary vocational schools.From the current situation,young teachers have gradually become the main force of teachers in secondary vocational schools.As the cradle of cultivating technical applied talents,it is the general trend for secondary vocational schools to cultivate a high-quality and high-skilled "double-qualified" young teachers.Taking Y vocational school as an example,this paper investigates the present situation of the training of "double-qualified" young teachers in Y vocational school by means of questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the problems existing in the process of training and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are some problems in the training of "double-qualified" young teachers in Yiyang Y vocational school,such as imperfect evaluation criteria,lack of training system,lack of long-term planning,low quality of training,low financial support and low enthusiasm of young teachers.Through the analysis of these problems,it is found that the main reasons for the problems are unclear understanding of connotation,imperfect management system,too single training method,mere form of school-enterprise cooperation,imperfect incentive system,unreasonable arrangement of funds and excessive teaching tasks of young teachers.On this basis,this paper provides seven suggestions for promoting the training of "double-qualified" young teachers in secondary vocational schools: first,to clarify the connotation and evaluation criteria of "double-qualified" teachers;second,to establish a scientific concept of "double-qualified" young teachers;third,to improve the management mechanism of "double-qualified" young teachers;fourth,to improve the incentive mechanism of "double-qualified" young teachers;fifth,to optimize the "double-qualified" young teacher guidance system;Sixth,increase financial support;seventh,innovate the way of school-enterprise cooperation. |
