Exploitation And Implementation Of The Elective Course-Wooden Shot In Ningxia Colleges And Universities

With the acceleration of work and study, the improvement of people's life level, people become more and more urgent to release psychological tensions and pursue physical and mental health. Under the diversified demand for courses, some traditional ethnic sports have been introduced into university classrooms, acquired and accepted by students. In society, professional talent demand for wooden shot of Hui people, which should be generalized and researched by colleges and universities in regions inhabited by ethnic groups constantly increase. This study will plan a course of wooden shot which accords with the practice of elective courses of this area, which will provide a practical and theoretical reference for introduction and sustainable development of wooden shot in colleges and universities.The wooden shot is one of antagonism ball games with high entertainment and ornamental value. In order to promote this project, this study will research the design of wooden shot as an elective course in colleges and universities of Ningxia by the methods of documentary, questionnaire, expert interview method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method, etc. Researches are as follow:(1) It is necessary and practicable to introduce wooden shot in colleges and universities of Ningxia.(2) Course goal of wooden shot should pay attention to students'interest, build classroom behavior, make students master common technique and tactics of wooden shot, preliminarily cultivate students to have a firm confidence and courageous volitional quality, promote students'physical health, and moreover, cultivate students' communicative competence and leadership.(3) The course content of wooden shot will compose of theory which is the basis of the practice and practice which is embodied by the former, and they complement each other.(4) Wooden shot will weaken athletics, but highlight health, thus safety of students can be guaranteed, which is more conducive to the promotion and development of wooden shot. Students are familiar with the infrastructure and site of this course, which will avoid any accident caused by places. Besides, teachers will warm up to exercise joints, and explain the key points of class content and announcements before class, which will avert accidents caused by students'inattention, black mood and low consciousness of self-protection.(5) The curriculum evaluation of wooden shot includes teacher evaluation, student assessment and curriculum construction evaluation. Students are satisfied with wooden shot as an elective course with safer teaching environment.
