This paper adopts qualitative research method,taking a primary school as a case in Haikou,ketches the design and implementation of the Chinese curriculum template in primary schools.Template is a unique curriculum and teaching mode in M school.The main activities around template are curriculum design based on principals and curriculum implementation driven by principals and implemented by teachers.This paper mainly presents the implementation status of the template in the whole teaching system of the school,and explores the essence behind the template courseware teaching by analyzing the different opinions of different roles on the template.The observation method,interview method and case study method are used to describe the effect and deviation achieved by principals and teachers in the process of template design and implementation,and then analyze the reasons for understanding deviation.The research started with the researcher going deep into the front line,staying at the research site and contacting with the core figures.After many contacts and exchanges with the researcher,the researcher decided to select typical figures as the research samples.In the process of continuously participating in various activities organized by the school,observing classroom teaching and interviewing and investigating teachers,a large amount of first-hand information was obtained,and then integration and coding were carried out,closely surrounding the fulcrum and object of "template",a series of local concepts such as "good class","security at end" and "build a frame work" were refined?With narration as the basic method,the author has made a local explanation of the template,made an objective description of its composition and characteristics,sketched the contradictions between the template and the curriculum design and implementation,and then made a deep description of the multiple contrasts between the principal and the teacher and analyzed the causes.In the end,the numerous and jumbled data from the front line are restored to the basic facts that conform to the actual situation of the object to be studied,and the objective truth is sought.Through the cooperation and unremitting efforts of the researchers and the object to be studied in the middle.
