My research on the basis of consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literature on the proposed junior high school chemistry Key Competences, and refine the basic content of three dimension contains. Based on the questionnaire to junior high school chemistry teacher, we obtain the chemistry teacher acceptance and recommendation of junior high school chemistry "Key Competences". Ultimately it defined the junior high school chemistry "Key Competences" model by literature and surveys. It including three dimensions:knowledge dimension, capacity dimension, values dimension. Knowledge dimension includes four basic areas:basic chemical language, microscopic concept, knowledge of common elements, material change and conserve; capacity dimensions include three basic aspects:the ability to process information, learning ability of chemistry, chemistry experiment exploring ability; the values of two basic dimensions:the scientific attitude and green chemistry ideas. Based on the junior high school chemistry "Key Competences" model and a lot of classroom observation and teacher activities data, and using the theory of pedagogy principles, compared, analyzed, organized, finally proposed junior high school chemistry "Key Competences" oriented teaching strategies and recommendations.
