One of the men's nature is to learn how to be responsible.Teachers ‘understanding of social responsibility education has a direct effect on the implementation of social responsibility education.Therefore,teachers are totally fulfill their social responsibilities which is an important embodiment of the responsibility education.Based on these situations,this article uses the literature,questionnaire survey and the other methods of social responsibility of teachers in China.This argument conducted a specific analysis of the primary school teachers which is on the definition and importance of social responsibility.It summarizes the primary school teachers' social responsibility.And it also points out the important direction of the countermeasures to improve the social responsibility of primary school teachers.This paper is made up of four chapters.In the first chapter,we can clearly see that it introduces the practical significance of the topic which comes from the current hotspot practical problems.The status quo of the social responsibility education of primary school teachers has important meaning.What's more,this paper summarizes the research which relates to this topic,mainly related to the domestic and foreign research status in social responsibility of primary school teachers and the definition of social responsibility's concept.Last but not the least,this part introduces the problems and ideas of current research and possible innovations of this paper.The second chapter elaborates the elementary connotation of primary school teachers' social responsibility.Firstly,the connotation and types of "primary school teachers' social responsibility",which are the key concepts of "teachers' social responsibility".It is defined and analyzed on the basis of the research connotation of "social responsibility of teachers".Secondly,the theory of social responsibility of primary school teachers provides the basic theoretical evidences for the later research.This evidence suggests the importance of elementary school's teachers' social responsibility.The third chapter mainly elaborates the present situation and the characteristic of primary school teachers' social responsibility.According to the different carriers to the resources that are attached,this part divides the questionnaires of primary school teachers' social responsibility education into three categories.For example,the investigation of elementary schools teachers themselves,the investigation of elementary school students and the investigation of students' parents.According to the consequence of the questionnaire,we can conclude that the problems are as followings: the results existing in the fulfillment of social responsibility of primary school teachers.The weakening of students' moral responsibility,the degeneration of individual professional spirit and the desalination of social responsibility of social development.The last chapter is the key part of this article,which mainly uses the text resources in the primary school teachers.They can fulfill their social responsibility problems in the study and the corresponding messages in-depth analysis of elementary school teachers'.In contemporary China,the development of professional elementary school's teachers and the improvement of primary school teachers' responsibility shows that there are some problems in the fulfillment of social responsibility of primary school teachers.Through the corresponding measures,it is necessary to strengthen the social responsibility education of primary school teachers in different various fields.Finally,the paper gets a conclusion which argues that the social responsibility of elementary school teachers requires concerted efforts.
