English bacon once said,"responsibility is the most precious seed in the world.If it is sown early in the heart of the child,it will reap a lifetime of happiness." Primary school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,the cultivation of the quality of responsibility should start from primary school.The core quality of Chinese students' development establishes six core qualities of students(cultural background,scientific spirit,learning,healthy life,responsibility and innovation spirit).Responsibility quality is one of the core qualities of primary school students' development.The quality of responsibility is also the cornerstone of the adult achievement of primary school students.However,the development status of primary school students' accountability literacy is worrying.What is the specific content of primary school students' sense of responsibility,what are the factors that affect the development of primary school students' sense of responsibility,and how to develop primary school students' sense of responsibility,these problems need systematic and in-depth research.Based on this,the author carried out this research.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction part,analyzes the reason of the topic,the research significance of the topic,and defines the core concept;The second part is the structure part of primary school students' sense of responsibility.The author analyzes the core quality of Chinese students and relevant documents of the ministry of education,and forms the composition of primary school students' sense of responsibility and the cultivation dimension of primary school students' sense of responsibility.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the development status of primary school students' accountability literacy.The author adopts questionnaire and interview to investigate the students,teachers and parents of three primary schools in Q city from three dimensions of social responsibility,national identity and international understanding.The fourth part is the analysis of problems and causes in the development of primary school students' accountability literacy.Based on the investigation results of the third part,the problems in the development of primary school students' accountability literacy are analyzed,and the causes of the existing problems are analyzed.The fifth part is the countermeasure thinking part of primary school students' accomplishment of responsibility taking.The author provides some concrete and feasible Suggestions for the cultivation of primary school students' accomplishment of responsibility taking from the three aspects ofschool,family and society.This study from the social responsibility,national identity and the understanding of the composition of three and know from their four aspects to understand the elementary student's responsibility to bear accomplishment,primary responsibility as literacy structure is put forward,and bear responsibility for elementary school literacy development present situation,combining with the elementary student's cognitive and psychological characteristics,to bear responsibility for the core literacy accomplishment,bear responsibility for elementary school literacy cultivation of practical countermeasures are put forward.
