| The paper aims to analysis the process,and reasons for the running off of the college students social entrepreneurship team members by interviewing eight aimings.The writer teasing fomer studies confirms this study’s direction and content,that is the problem on the running off the social entrepreneurship.By interviewing the team partents and running off members,the organizating and analyzing the material,the thesis gets the process and influence factors of running off phenomenon.By analyzing the interview material,the present writer gets the following conclusions: firstly,summarizing and concluding the process for the running off the member of the social entrepreneurship and which can be divided into four stages: joining in the organization-participating actively –participating negatively –leaving the organization.Secondly,by analyzing the interview,the writer conclude the reasons for the running off the members,objective reasons includes the support of the society and the responsibility of the relatives;subjective reasons refer to the organizers and members themselves,that is preference,motivation prospect and support.When first joining in the organization,the commonweal value prospect plays the important role,but with the change of one’s life,one’s society life in changing and the role of the individual is changing too,so the prospect of the individual for the organization is changing too.When the individual thinks that they are unsatisfied with their material prospect,they choose to leave. |
