| In recent years,the number of college graduates has been increasing,resulting in a serious social employment situation.In the face of the phenomenon of employment pressure,our country advocates "promoting employment by entrepreneurship",that is,the new incubator garden-the mode of university students' entrepreneurship center.However,in the process of construction,due to the lack of guidance of relevant theory,coupled with the lack of practical experience,some problems and deficiencies are gradually highlighted in the emergence of the emergence of college students in the incubation of entrepreneurship.The purpose of this study is to introduce the theory of project management into the planning,construction and implementation of the entrepreneurial center of L College,which is responsible for by the author,and to form a more systematic and suitable model and experience for replication and promotion.First of all,the background,significance and current situation at home and abroad of college students' entrepreneurship center are studied.Secondly,the related concepts and theories of university students' entrepreneurship center system planning and construction are combed.Then,the location of L college college students' entrepreneurship center is selected.Organization planning and related system design.Then,the implementation process and operation status of the venture center are analyzed,and the operation of the business center is summarized.There are some defects and shortcomings in the course of the line,and the corresponding countermeasures are given for the defects above.Finally,combining the planning and implementation experiences of the college students ' entrepreneurship programs,the paper puts forward the policy of perfecting the policies,strengthening the fund guarantee and strengthening the education training,etc.,so as to provide a model reference for the construction of other college students ' entrepreneurship center projects. |
