Sports Middle School,as the mainly foundation of conveying elite athletes for competitive sports,has been making a great contribution for the brilliant achievement that our national sports have made.Sports school is the basic guarantee for the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of our national sports enterprise in the future.It uses a school-running patterns compound which includes learning,training and living,and it has the commonness of the common secondary school which taking compulsory education,also it has its own independent personality,taking physical training activities.How to coordinate the two tasks "learning" and "training" in unit time and under the special education system,so that the students can achieve the best learning effect and gain best benefit in the limited time,is the problem that the sports teaching high school history teaching and other academic need to solve.This article as a breakthrough point,through the investigation analysis of Anqiu city sports school,founding the problems,and exploring the effective teaching strategy,carrying out effective teaching evaluation,providing a reference for history and other academic reference.This thesis includes three parts: introduction,text and epilogue.The introduction part mainly elaborates the research significance of this paper,and introduces the domestic and foreign research status about the history of effective teaching strategy,Outlines the study content of this article shows the research methods of this article,expounds the innovation of this article.The text discusses from the following three aspects:The first chapter focuses on the subject of Anqiu city sports school to investigate,from the students,teachers,coaches,education particularity,analyses the reason of influence history teaching effectively,expounds the importance and urgency to solve the problem.The second chapter aiming at the problems in the second part,based on the needs of all-round development of students and teaching to fit the needs of students,put forward the corresponding teaching strategies: history teacher to overall arrangementhistory study and sports special training;Stick to the teaching goal,born form suitable for sports teaching mode;Reasonable use of resources effectively,stimulate students' interest in learning.At the same time,to avoid the policy enforcement become a mere formality,ignore the learning,stand still.The third chapter follows the principle of diversity,hierarchy and diversity,making a suitable evaluation system for middle school sports teaching,through main element evaluation to teacher and student,and taking the concrete and periodical strategies,founding problems and deficiencies,making progress together.The epilogue illustrates the realistic significance and innovative of this paper,and also illustrates the dynamic development of teaching strategy,it must be real-time and effective adjustment and innovation,to apply to the all-round and lifelong development of students.
