High school students because of the lack of social and interpersonal experience,and the heavy academic burden,it is easy to problems in interpersonal,especially in the interpersonal conflict between roommates.It will lead to the anxiety and depression,even influence on their mental health and healthy growth.Therefore,the study of intervening in high school students' dormitory interpersonal conflict is not only to promote the physical and mental health of high school students,but to improve the national psychological quality.At present,the related research about it focus on high school students and parent-child conflict,the conflict between teachers and students.The dormitory interpersonal conflict focus on college students,but the study of intervening in high school students' dormitory interpersonal conflict relatively few.The Satir Model is to improve interpersonal relationship and help others grow.Therefore this study bases on The Satir Model theory and technology,to set an intervening plans for high school students' dormitory interpersonal conflict,to choose a roommate having conflict,through the questionnaire and observation to assess its effectiveness.That is an exploration practical application of the Satir Model.This study adopts the method of purposeful sampling,according to the reflection on the students' dormitory interpersonal situation from of the high school teacher and the student dormitory administrator at one high school of Taiyuan,eventually determine one.Once a week,every time an hour and a half(consultation with students),eight times group and auxiliary activities were conducted,and at the end of auxiliary activities after three months of tracking return visit.By observation of consultants,the group activities evaluation questionnaire,group activities satisfaction questionnaire and mutual way to group complementary effect between dormitory members were evaluated,the results showed:1.after the intervention,the dormitory members were admitted to themselves and dormitory members have a remarkably positive change,especially in improving self-esteem and interpersonal ability.At the same time,the dormitory members will actively face the problems,and to seek sincere communication way to solve the problems.2.after three months of tracking return visit to show it that group activities evaluation result is consistent with the results after the intervention.The dormitory members of mutual reacts on A classmate having a biggest change,and dormitory of atmosphere more harmoniously.That has still intervention effect in three months.Conclusion:The Satir Model can effectively reduce students' dormitory interpersonal conflict.
