Problems And Countermeasure's In The Manage Ment Of Students' Status

As one of the important components of school teaching management,school management has a direct impact on the effectiveness of school education management.This article is in the new social environment,in the cause of our country by leaps and bounds of the situation,from the primary and secondary school students system of the existence of the problem analysis,the use of pedagogy,management of the relevant theoretical knowledge,and the use of literature research,Interdisciplinary research methods to study China's school management system,and China's school management system to improve and optimize the countermeasures.This article from the following three parts of the discussion: First of all,from the current research situation at home and abroad as the entry point of school membership,student status management,student management system,a number of concepts were introduced.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the status quo of the school management system in primary and middle schools.At last,it discusses the basic countermeasures of the optimization of the management system of primary and secondary school students.From the current status of primary and secondary school student status management system,the author puts forward the following five countermeasures,namely: according to the principle of the management of school management system in primary and secondary schools to change the concept of education,strengthen the awareness of students;improve the level of student management,;Improve the degree of management of student status,and promote the management of information;to establish and improve a complete set of information management and evaluation system;school information management and the implementation of the school with other rules and regulations combined and to be generous.
