In the new round of mathematics curriculum reform,it emphasizes the importance of improv ing the students' ability of application and innovation,and attaches importance to the requiremen ts of students' life and social practice.As a natural link between practical application and mathe matical theory,mathematical modeling has become one of the hot spots in the reform of mathem atics education.However,through the questionnaire survey of the status of implementation of ma thematical modeling teaching in two Xiamen public schools,we found hardly the mathematical modeling teaching in the junior middle school classroom,and it is a serious problem to develop e ffectively teaching of mathematical modeling in the junior middle school.In this paper,the junior high school students to complete the mathematical modeling before the operation and the mathematical modeling activities in the classroom are the research objects,We mainly use the methods of literature research,test volume and classroom observation to study the influencing factors of junior middle school students in mathematical modeling,In order to explore the teaching and learning of mathematical modeling activities in junior high school.Through the questionnaire survey we found that most of the teachers think it is necessary to implement the activities of mathematical modeling teaching in junior high school,but the teaching of mathematical modeling in the current junior high school classroom is less,how to implement the mathematical modeling teaching is a big problem in the junior middle school classroom.Through this study,the factors that affect the mathematical modeling of junior high school students mainly include the interaction of students' cognitive process of mathematical model and classroom teaching between teachers and students in two aspects.The factors affecting students' cognitive process in mathematical modeling activities include: Students' mathematical knowledge and basic methods of mathematical thought and mathematical problem solving strategies in general;students' ability to associate mathematics knowledge and practical problem;problem representation ability of students and students of problem representation strategy;model generalization ability;self the monitoring ability of students.The factors that influence the students' mathematical modeling in the process of the concrete implementation of the classroom include: the implementation form of mathematical modeling teaching,communication and cooperation between teachers and students,student exchanges and cooperation between the students will affect the effective implementation of mathematical modeling in the classroom.Finally,according to the factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures,including strengthening the students' existing relational schemata and real life;to guide students with problem representation strategy;improve students' mathematics generalization ability,promote the pattern recognition model to improve students' mathematical modeling;self monitoring ability;take reasonable implementation form of mathematical modeling of classroom teachers;the role changing.
