The purpose of this study is to understand the basic situation and characteristics of physical exercise behavior and physical capacity components,and the dimensions and characteristics of life quality in the elderly in urban communities.Objective to explore the effect of physical exercise on the health status and quality of life of the elderly in urban areas.Research methods:investigation of physical exercise and health status questionnaire to obtain data by means of this research,and the application of chi square test,T test and analysis method of non parametric test for the elderly physical exercise behavior characteristics and life quality characteristics,physical exercise behavior and exercise load factors on the quality of life analysis.Findings:(1)more than half of urban elderly people in overweight and obesity;conscious exercise and disease prevention and cure is the main motivation of exercise,and no gender and age differences;the body should not participate in consci.ousness and lack of time is the main reason to participate in training,and there are significant differences between the age;only 1/4 the elderly never exercise less,more than half of the elderly is more than 5 times weekly exercise and exercise time more than 30 minutes,more than 90%small and medium intensity exercise;exercise times week male more than female,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the male exercise time longer than women,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the male and female exercise choice,female choice low intensity exercise is higher than male;week exercise frequency has significant difference in age between the groups(P<0.01),from high to low is in the order of 70-74>65-69 years old>75-79 years old>80 years old and above;every time there was a significant difference in age between the groups(P<0.01),from high to low is in the order of 70-74>65-69 years old>75-79 years old>80 years of age and older age groups;the choice of exercise intensity in medium and low intensity,no significant difference(P>0.05);weekly exercise frequency,exercise time on different cultural level in,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),there were significant differences in exercise intensity(P<0.05),junior middle school and low intensity exercise are,the higher level of Education,more people of moderate intensity exercise;there were significant differences in the different the average monthly income between week exercise frequency(P<0.05),exercise 1000-2000 weeks maximum number of tuples,tuple<1000 at least,no significant differences in exercise intensity(P>0.05).(2)Among the urban elderly,PF scores were significantly better in men than in women(P<0.05),Male BP is significantly better than female(P<0.01),Male RP?RE?SF' score was better than that of female,but the difference was not significant;The PF score was the highest in the 65-69 year old group,and the PF score decreased significantly with age(P<0.01),Among them,the 65-69 year old group was significantly better than 75-79 years old ?(?)80 years old(P<0.01),70-74 year old group was significantly better than 75-79 years old(P<0.05)?(?)80 year old group(P<0.01),The 75-79 age group was significantly better than the above 80 years old group(P<0.01);The RP score,65-69,is significantly better than 75-79 and over 80 years group(P<0.01),The 70-74 age group was significantly better than the above 80 years old group(P<0.01);The RE score was significantly better in the 65-69 year group than in the 75-79 year group(P<0.05);SF score,65-69 age group was significantly better than 75-79 years old and above 80 years old group(P<0.01),The 70-74 age group was significantly better than 75-79 years old and above 80 years old group(P<0.01).The BP score in each age group no significant difference(P>0.05);PF score,uneducated group was significantly lower than that of the junior and senior high school group(P<0.05),was significantly lower than that of college and above group(P<0.01),primary school group was significantly lower than that in University and above group(P<0.05);RP,SF,BP score.There was no significant difference among different education level(P>0.05);PF score,more than 2000 tuples significantly better than RP,RE and<1000 tuples;SF,BP score,different income groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);(3)the PF score,the occasional exercise group,regular exercise group was significantly better than the exercise group(P<0.05),the regular exercise group is better than the occasional exercise group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);RP score,exercise group was significantly lower than that of occasional and regular exercise group(P<0.01).Regular exercise group is lower than the occasional exercise group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);RE score,there are no significant differences between different exercise behavior among groups(P>0.05);SF score,exercise group was significantly lower than that of occasional and regular exercise group(P<0.05),the occasional exercise group is better than the regular exercise group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);BP score,exercise group was significantly lower than the occasional exercise group(P<0.01),the occasional exercise group was higher than that of the regular exercise group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);PF score,exercise group was significantly lower than that in 3 or more weeks of exercise group(P<0.01),1-2 weeks of training group was significantly lower than that of 5-7 group(P<0.05),week exercise 3-4 times lower than 5-7 group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),5-7 group PF weeks exercise the highest score;RP score,week exercise 5-7 times group was significantly higher than that of the highest score,and never exercise Exercise group(P<0.01);RE score,more than 8 week exercise group had the highest scores,the differences between the groups were not significant(P>0.05);SF score,week exercise 5-7 times group was significantly higher than that of the highest score,and never exercise group(P<0.01),the difference between the other groups was not significant(P>0.05);BP score more than 8 weeks,the exercise group had the highest scores,never exercise group was significantly lower than that of 5-7(P<0.05)and more than 8 times group(P<0.01);PF score,never exercise group was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.01),each exercise group 1h-1.5h got the highest score,among other groups was not significant(P>0.05);RP each exercise group 1h-1.5h score,the highest score,each exercise was significantly lower in<15min group than 1h-1.5h group(P<0.01),1h-1.5h group was significantly better than that of 0.5h-1h(P<0.01),the difference between the other groups was not significant(P>0.05);RE score,each exercise 1h-1.5h The group scored the highestConclusion:(1)most of the old people in the city exercise to strengthen their physique and prevent diseases,and their physical condition is the main.reason for their participation in exercise.Most exercise more than 5 times a week,each exercise more than 30 minutes is the majority.Men and women are similar in exercise times and exercise times.Weight normal and average monthly income exercise more frequently,more than 75 years old,weekly exercise times and exercise time decreased significantly.The majority of the elderly choose moderate intensity exercise,and women tend to exercise more strongly,and the more educated they are,the more moderate exercise will be.(2)men PF and BP are better than women,and PF in junior middle school and above is better than primary school and below.The higher income,the better PF.PF,RP and SF were significantly worse than 75 years of age.RE has been noticeably off since the age of 70,when RE reached a low point at 75-79 and improved gradually at 80.(3)exercise PF,RP and SF are better than do not exercise,1-1.5H is best for each exercise.Occasionally exercise BP is better than no exercise.Exercise more than 3 times a week,PF is better.Exercise 5-7 times a week,RP and SF are best.The more times you exercise,the better the SF and BP.
