The purpose of this paper is to study the basic representation of the elderly,participate in the basic characteristics of exercise,explore and find out the shortcomings of exercise,analyze the relationship between exercise and quality of life,and strengthen their exercise consciousness and enthusiasm and their own physical quality.It has the positive significance of injecting vitality into the sports market for the elderly,providing scientific theoretical basis for exercise,reducing the incidence of multiple diseases in the elderly,and realizing the national fitness program.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot interview,independent sample t test,variance analysis,Pearson correlation and multiple comparative analysis were used to analyze the subjects,including 185 males and 288 females.The average age is about 72 years old.The results showed that nearly 60%of the community elderly in Jinan exercised 3 times a week at the age of 1.5 hours and 70 years old,the number of the middle intensity elderly was the largest,and the proportion of the high intensity aged 60 years old was the highest.Nearly 40%of them were relaxed every time;age,educational level,marital status and living form had significant effects on exercise.There was a significant correlation between gender and quality of life(QOL).The scores of QOL in males aged 65 and 69 were higher than those in females,marital status and average annual income were significantly correlated with QOL,and there was a significant correlation between different age groups at PF,RP,SF,RE level.The quality of life(QOL)was significantly correlated with the quality of life(QOL).There were significant differences in different marital status at the PF,RP,BP level,and the total score of QOL between unmarried and married was greater than that of widowhood and divorce,and the total score of QOL of unmarried and married was higher than that of widowed and divorced.Whether or not to participate in exercise score of the former is greater than the latter,there is a significant difference between the two.There was no significant difference between exercise time and emotional role,but there were significant differences in the other four levels,and the effect of 60 minutes was the best.There was significant difference in the quality of life between the five times a week and less than 5 times a week,and the score of quality of life was the highest when the elderly exercised 5 times a week and 7 times a week.The total score of medium intensity is greater than that of weak,inferior and higher quality of life,and there is significant difference.The results showed that the exercise time of the elderly was 1 h to 1.5 h each time,and the frequency was 5 times a week,and the effect of moderate intensity was more significant,the main motivation was to take part in exercise consciously,prevent and cure diseases.Physical discomfort and lack of time are the two main reasons for restricting exercise,and there is a significant difference between taking part in exercise and not participating in exercise,and the score of quality of life in the former is higher than that in the latter.Age,educational level,marital status and living form have obvious influence on physical exercise and quality of life.The total score of quality of life in men was higher than that in women,and the total score of quality of life increased with the increase of educational level in physical function.There were significant differences in exercise time and intensity at PF,RP,BP level.Moderate intensity exercise can improve the quality of life.It is suggested that the relevant departments should improve the facilities and venues of community physical exercise,actively publicize the knowledge of health care and exercise for the elderly,and introduce reasonable policies and systems to ensure the effective conduct of physical exercise for the elderly.
