Case Work Pastoral Teenagers Drop-outing School Research Questions

The teenagers drop out of school in China troubled government for a long time and the problem has been aroused widespread concern of society. Although, the government published the related policy to free tuitions and books, to give the subsidies for accommodation, also to set up special fund for compulsory education development in poverty areas, the problem teenagers drop put school also become universal. Apart from that,population quality in poverty area is lower than developed area. Most of time, poor parents treat education with less importance, some even has myth to education,which can be conclude that students’ study consciousness is passive,so a large amount of drop out school teenagers exist in the poor areas. This thesis is mainly aiming at dropping out school teenagers in poor area and will use social work perspective to give professional solutions for drop out school students,also based on case study to make conclusion and improve the impression field for teenagers and create new ways with macro level in drop out school teenagers problem.My thesis is a case work study to pastoral teenagers drop-outing school question and also taking the student Li of J Middle School in the Yi county as the example. I try to use case work methods to find the solutions and also follow the professional social work theory and working technology to get the answers from the case subject.Through a large amount of reading interviewing and investigating related to this problem, it is concluded that most drop-outing school students has addiction in computer or with low self-esteem or with discomfort interpersonal. So if we want to get the solution we have to start from family, from school and also from the society,which is the basement to the drop-outing school students in poor area. There are many suitable ways to solve the problem, such as employee more social workers, giving suggestions to government for pay more attention or providing wild support on teenagers. All in all,we should try all our best to solve the teenagers drop-outing problem for a long run sight.
