As a special group in the transition period of China,the problem of education of leftbehind juveniles has been paid more and more attention by the society.Dropout as an important part of education,sociology,pedagogy,psychology and other disciplines have a lot of research in this area.At present,the foundation of rural areas has been popularized,the phenomenon of dropping out of school has rarely occurred,and the individual behavior of dropping out of school has a strong particularity,especially for the left-behind juvenile group.In the face of this situation,this paper attempts to carry out an intervention study on this issue through social case work.The social case work is a working method that regards individuals and families as service objects,and it is very strong.Targeted,using this method to deal with the left-behind children's individual drop-out problem is particularly appropriate.The research in this paper is divided into five partsThrough the investigation,it is found that some of the left-behind teenagers in compulsory education stage are faced with the problems of neglect,weak learning ability and easy to be marginalized.At the same time,the phenomenon of compulsory education drop-out is already a case in Y,most of which are concentrated in the third year of junior high school.Through analysis,the author thinks that it is mainly due to the non-poor reasons of academic failure.Left-behind teenagers are more vulnerable to this risk.The author chooses a left-behind juvenile who dropped out of school for objective reasons as the intervention object.Through the analysis of the crisis events faced by the family of the service object,it is found that the main cause of the drop-out of the service target is the family.The author intervenes the main family through the crisis intervention mode.In this process,the author mainly deals with the cognitive problems of the family members through emotional ABC theory.According to the theory of cultural transmission,the author intervened in the educational concept of the family of the serving object,reversed the supporting way of the family of the crime to the education of the children,and finally helped the family of the target of service to establish a new division of roles;Finally,the author extensively contacted external resources to help the owner to establish a A social support network to help clients maintain their academic standards and avoid dropping out of school again after their subjects return to school because of their academic failures.
