In the current problems of the rural teenagers drop out of school in the transitionperiod of China is one of the important issues of common concern to society, China’srural youth high dropout rate, which not only hindered the progress of qualityeducation in our country, waste a great deal of education resources, and increase thesocial unrest, be to build a new socialist countryside in the process of a major obstacle,at the same time have been threatened by the urbanization, the rural teenagers dropout of school is the harm to the development of Chinese society cannot be ignored.Countries continue to the introduction of policies conducive to the developmentof education development, especially the rural education, scholars have put forwardthe solution of the different strategies in different ways, but the attention level mostlyconfined to the macro level, there is no real dialogue with school teenagers, it isdifficult to further solve the problem. Professional social work and socialist values asthe instruction, in order to increase people’s social welfare as the goal, with theprofessional method of science, found that the director’s own advantages and potential,link director nearby resources as much as possible, director to help disadvantagedgroups, the director’s own progress and development. So I dig deeper into the cause ofrural teenagers drop out of school, the strategy of reducing rural teenagers drop out ofschool at the same time, try to use social work methods to solve this problem.Based on H province "S rural as an example, this paper mainly adopts literatureresearch, field research and case study of three kinds of research methods, try to usethe method of case social work intervention in rural school teenagers and analyzed.The author found that the internship in X school director, in the process of collectinginformation from the school of information, the author S village and X school dropoutrates for the statistical analysis. And through contact with the director’s father tocollect data, analyze the cause of director to drop out of school, forecast and analysison the problems of egotism, making the service goal and intervention plan. Second isto establish trust relationship with egotism, but director belongs to the author’s involuntary potential director so met with some difficulties at the beginning ofthe service, with the director to establish trust relationship with director after furthercontact with the formulation and implementation of the service plan, based on thetheory of life eight stages in the process, the perspectives of ecological system theory,advantage theory and social work sincerely, acceptance, self disclosure, role playingof practice skills help director to return to the campus. In the end, the director becauseof the lack of school in subsequent follow-up service, coupled with the lack of familysupport, peer groups, and the influence of the surrounding environment, to drop out ofschool again after back to school for two months. The main content of this article ison the rural school teenagers in case work involved in the whole process is introduced,and the results in the process of intervention and evaluation on the basis of reflectionand Suggestions are put forward. The author also deeply feel that, rural teenagers dropout of the country with the special living environment are inseparable, with only thepower of social work is difficult to cure problems of dropout from multi-angle,multi-level cooperation to solve.
