The Intervention Study Of Roommate Relationship Among Postgraduate Students

Roommate relationship is a problem that has plagued the students' study and life in school.At present,the frequency of contradiction between roommates has not decreased,and the form of expression tends to be fiercer.The Interpersonal relationships issue presents different characteristics in different stages during the growth.For graduate students who have fixed habits of life and character is relatively mature,dormitory interpersonal relationships tend to be difficult to reconcile.In view of the problems of roommate relationship will bring harm to students' life,learning,physical and mental,educators should pay attention to finding effective ways to relieve roommates' conflicts or to eliminate the contradiction between roommates.This thesis explores how to relieve the contradiction among roommates and to build a harmonious and friendly roommate relationship.I investigate the reasons for the roommate conflicts in the process of getting along with roommates and how to deal with them in H school through questionnaires and interviews.At the same time,I also have a deep interview with the students who have intimate roommate relationship to explore the patterns and positive experiences.Finally,the research shows that there are two main reasons for roommate relationship contradiction:one is different living habits,the other one is poor communication.Accordingly,I use the method of experiment to explore the effective solutions.One experimental group takes an action of making a rule to improve the roommate relationship,another experiment group organizes a combination of activities to to increase intimacy,finally to improve roommate relationships.The control group is left intact.Eight weeks later,the before and after test date were analyzed by matched paired test.to check whether roommate relationship has improved.The study found that the use of the rules of the dormitory can ease the contradiction between roommates,but the long-term effect is poor and two weeks later,the execution of the roommate fell;by taking part in a number of activities can enhance the intimacy of roommates,and can improve the relationship between roommates.Relatively speaking,the relationship between roommates is more flexible and the reparability is very strong.The control group's improvement in relations between roommates is not obvious.The two scheme is easy to operate.And because this process is happened in the native environment--the dormitory,so it can be generalized and provide experience and reference for students and the school in handling with dormitory interpersonal relationship.
