The vocational skills training for the disabled is as the employability of people with disabilities and improve the living standards of people with disabilities is an important way,is a routine part of work carried out by the Federation of disabled people,to make more people with disabilities through mastery of occupation technical ability,have proficiency in a particular line merges into the society,through their own efforts to change themselves and family living conditions.But because of the training implementation,and training of disabled people CDPF object in the process of interaction,the lack of a scientific and rational mode of communication,leading to the training work for the disabled has many problems in the specific implementation,so that the work of training can not achieve the desired effec.This paper aims to use the idea of social work methods and practices involved in the F City federations to carry out disabled work skills training,so that the quality of the training work has improved significantly,due to the lack of professional social workers involved in F Canlian’s training,this paper studied as a transitional,exploring the feasibility of social work intervention skills training of persons with disabilities,to promote more professional social workers into every aspect of work skills training disabled,effectively change the effect of skill training for the disabled.Firstly,social welfare and social construction from the perspective of four years of F city to carry out a typical case of the disabled occupation skill training in academic analysis,trying to find the factors after by social cognition,system,policy,interactive form caused by the existence and comprehensive use of social cognition,system,state violence etc.theory of training development issues in the process of scientific explanation,and causes of the problem are comprehensive and scientific analysis.Subsequently,the CDPF staff in the training work in the process of spontaneous use and the ideas and methods of social work and similar effects were analyzed,explore the social work idea and method of professional skill training of positive significance,provides experience for professional social workers in the training work for the disabled.Finally,advocate through the government purchase of services and other forms of social workers involved in the introduction of professional skills training for people with disabilities in specific work process,through the application of social work theory and practice methods,explore the establishment of a good disabled occupation skill working mechanism,make the training work for disabled,can overcome the difficulties such as the lack of manpower,to ensure efficient run the training work;and for disabled people,it can make the students master a professional skills,improve their own competitiveness,through their own efforts to change the living environment.
