According to the document Scheme for Educational Innovation in the 21st Century issued by Chinese Education Ministry, it should be realized that the primary school and middle school full-time teachers should graduate at least from 3-year college, or take a bachelor degree in qualified areas around 2010. Hereby, experts put forward that pedagogic education enters into " new third class pedagogic education " from " third class pedagogic education ". There are also some experts put forward that " third class pedagogic education " walks up to " second class pedagogic education ". Whether or no, middling pedagogic education retreat from historical stage spontaneously. However, high pedagogic education does not experience how to train primary school teacher. At the same time, the trend of primary school teacher having college degree is more and more intensive. Primary school teachers in 3-year colleges education has been weakened in different extents. In face of the development of the teacher education and the demand of the basic education, how the primary school teachers in 3-year colleges education develop? In common use, never forget where one's happiness. The key to pre-service training is to make a scientific training plan. A practical exploration of its guiding principle, training target, quality, system, strategy is indispensable to the pre-service training of primary school teachers in 3-year colleges, which is also an important task of present high school teacher education.Based upon the research at home and abroad and choose the Chongqing Education College as one of the cases, this essay is aimed at an analysis of present situation, existing problems, causes, and solutions of primary school teacher pre-service training.
