To create a human-specific behavior, social development and progress withoutinnovation and ability to play and training in all areas of society, creativity andinnovation capability is the means to maintain the vigor and vitality. Human progressis inseparable from the creation, creative development process also marks the degreeof social progress. In each country and the nation in various fields, disciplines, andcreate has always been seen as a great move, it brings to human beings is not onlymore convenient, high-quality material life and, more importantly, continues to leapof the spirit level.However, the music itself is a creative activity in music teaching and learning, tocreate the field of teaching and learning can not be ignored. Music itself is a creativeactivity, labor origin from the doctrine of the origin of music alone talking about isthat the people in the labor to create, as is the rhythm or melody, and a unified, so thatwe can grasp the labor force when unified point. Not only a variety of melodies givepeople a different emotional experience, or happy, or sad, even during the creation ofmusic when the mood will be reflected in the creation of music, so in music teaching,we must can not ignore the role of "creating".In this paper, the foreign outstanding music composition teaching theory,methods, and China’s actual teaching situation, and through the literature andinterviews and other methods, the two key primary school in Jilin Province, forexample, two elementary school teachers and students were interviewed andclassroom observations, aimed at understanding the teaching and learning of teachersin the field of music creation. Through interviews with elementary school musicteachers can learn from the teachers’ teaching, north elementary school music inChina to create the implementation of the field of teaching. Whether the teacher has amusic composition teaching awareness, its position is important, whether applied tothe daily teaching activities, whether the individual has the creative knowledge andskills applied to the effect is on the teaching. For interviews of pupils, interviews withthe goal is to understand the pupils awareness of musical creation. In fact, themajority of the students’ awareness of music creation by teachers cultivate a habit ofthinking, therefore, mainly through interviews with students to understand theteachers in the teaching process for students to develop this creative thinking.Analysis of the reasons for such a situation occur and propose effective solutions tocreate the field for our elementary school music teaching learning, and hope that it hasmade rapid progress.
