With the development of science and technology, the promoting effect of scientific and technological talents for enterprises, especially agribusiness become increasingly obvious, the competition of agribusiness is the competition of human resources based on the talents who handle advanced scientific and technological knowledge. Therefore, whether agribusinesses could build scientific and complete talent incentives, hold scientific and technological talents and stimulate their enthusiasm for work, is a major proposition of the current agribusiness management and human resource management faces.This paper includes eight sections. The first part is an introduction to explain the background and significance of this study, research situation, research methods and innovation; the second part is a review of the relevant concepts and theories, summarize concepts and theory related to the research; the third part introduces the application status of incentive mechanism for agribusiness science and technology talent; fourth section summarizes the problems of agribusiness science and technology talent incentive mechanism; the fifth part analyzed the causes of the problem of the agribusiness of science and technology talent incentive mechanism; the sixth part is to introduce the company M's case, summed up the M's experience and enlightenment in incentives agribusiness technology professionals; part VII is the combination of the above analysis and reference, try to come up with innovative advices for agribusiness talents incentives.Finally, Part VIII describes the conclusions of this study, and further research is prospected This paper draws conclusions following aspects. First, agribusiness incentives for technology talents should combine the needs of multi-level scientific and technological personnel; second, we should promote the performance management and evaluation mechanism for agro-enterprises and develop a reasonable scientific performance assessment indicators; Third, improve agriculture incentive reward system, give full play to motivate incentive function; fourth, we must combine the characteristics of agribusiness itself, to develop scientific and technological personnel training programs, and scientific and technical knowledge to build enterprise training platform.The present study suggests that science and technology talent is the core competitiveness of agribusiness, is the focus of agribusiness competition, agribusiness have to take certain management improvement measures to improve scientific and technological personnel satisfaction with incentives, so that the enthusiasm and initiative of scientific talent could be stimulated. Thus, only the establishment of a scientific and rational science and technology talent incentive mechanism could allow agribusiness to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition.
