Research On Incentive Countermeasure Of Agricultural Sci-tech Talents Based On Demand Characteristics

Agricultural science development is undergoing innovation outbreak. Many emerging agricultural industries are rapidly growing. In china, agriculture or "Three Rural" issue as the nation’s basic occupations has been national attention for ten years in the "Central First Document", which point out agricultural science and technology innovation has been referred to the national development strategy. Agricultural technology talents are the main power to promote progress and transformation of agricultural technology. Hence, how to effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of agricultural science and technology talent has become the key point for the government and agricultural scientific research institutes.On the basis of summarizing the existing research, this thesis focus on the agricultural science talent demand and the current lack of talent incentive mechanism construction in agricultural research institutes. Motivation research as an important subject of organization behavior will be considered in this research. The questionnaire survey, structural interview, EXCEL table and SPSS17.0statistical analysis were conducted for the motivating factors empirical study in Zhejiang academy of agricultural sciences which is a typical agricultural institution in Zhejiang province China. Furthermore the different age, educational background, professional titles and other personal characteristics were also considered for difference analysis, correlation analysis and genetic analysis. Finally, the effective incentive measures and policy recommendations which aim to improve the work enthusiasm, efficiency and retain good talent in the workplace were putted forward in this thesis for agricultural scientific research institutes and also for science and technology talent。...
