Study On The Factors Of Technical Cooperation Behavior Between Agribusiness And University

Resently, the central and local governments have formulated many policies to encourage the cooperation of industry-university-institute,which laid a favorable policy environment for the technical cooperation of agricultural enterprises and universities.And more and more enterprises choose to cooperate with universities to resolve this technological difficulties that they can not deal with.However,there are few research on the technical cooperation behavior between agricultural enterprises and universities at abroad and home,especially,the empirical research on wheather or not to choose to cooperate with universities is nearly none.So, this study selects agricultural enterprises in Fujian Province as the research object and identifies the key factors affecting the behavio of agricultural enterprises in Fujian Province,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly.On the basis of literature review and the guidance of the theoretical basis of the enterprise strength theory, transaction cost economics, competition theory,the paper summarizes the potential factors that affecting systematically and comprehensively.Secondly,collects first-hand data through a questionnaire survey,uses binary Logistic regression analysis to identify the key factors of the behavio of agricultural enterprises and universities; Finally,propose some suggestions and strategies to promote the technical cooperation behavior between agricultural enterprises and universities.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions:there is a significant positive impact on the technical cooperation behavior between agribusiness and university cased by return on assets, sharing willingness degree of cost and technical risk, technical cooperation willingness of shareholders, willingness to expand product sales market, ease degree of finding university, financial subsidies, tax incentives, sophistication of technology butt project services, proportion of surrounding competitors implementing technical cooperation, technical cooperationeffect of surrounding competitors, research and development capability of university, willingness of colleges and university to cooperate; there is a significant negative impact on the technical cooperation behavior between agribusiness and university cased by technical staff adequacy. This paper distinguishes key influencing factors of technical cooperation behavior between agribusiness and university, riching and developing the empirical studies on technical cooperation behavior between agribusiness and university, which makes up the study blank for the academic in this field to a certain extent, has a certain theoretical innovation meaning.
