Participating Menthods Of Governance By Sports Social Organizations

In a scientific and effective social management system construction has become the key under the background of China’s reform,based on Governance Theory Perspective,taken the sports society organizations involved in social governance as the research object, through literature study summary of the current social governance way of social organizations to participate in sports,further the use of case analysis, interviews with Fujian provincial Mountaineering Association as the object of study in-depth analysis of its participation in social governance, which reflect social sports groups involved in social governance problems.Research shows that the current social governance in sports social organizations are ways of administrative regulations, moral and cultural negotiation and cooperation,Four ways in Fujian province mountaineering association participation are reflected in social governance;Administrative Legal Information Fujian Mountaineering Association to participate in social management is reflected in the regulatory framework of relevant national policies and regulations, Fujian Province, relevant policies, laws and regulations as well as the Association itself;Moral, cultural approach is reflected in the spread of knowledge and outdoor security concept, the establishment of service station convenience, organize exchange activities;Social negotiation reflected in the internal democratic society and social supervision; cooperation mainly in sports events organized mountaineering and outdoor development training;which way is the basis of administrative regulations, the way of moral, culture and cooperation is the main form of participation,Social negotiation is the guarantee association to participate in social governance;Fujian Fujian mountain rescue team is involved in social governance Mountaineering Association, the most active part of the empirical evidence that the way to participate in social governance mainly policy and regulatory cooperation mode, in which the linkage of cooperation with the 110 is the most important manifestation of its cooperation Social treatment effect produced is also quite positive.Finally, through the study of Fujian Mountaineering Association to participate in the governance of society, we proposed to strengthen policy support, improve social identity, expand the sharing of resources, the development of a clear positioning, enhance their professional capacity, and actively develop out of the woods, learning advanced management recommendations.
