The Philippines public high school students learn Chinese language as electives courses. There is no Chinese language environment and less class hours. Local teachers' Chinese level is limited. Students can only learn Chinese knowledge in the classroom, listening, doing exercises, reading and writing, but also understand the relevant cultural content. Thus Philippines public school curriculum is combined Chinese language knowledge with practice speaking and writing skills in an integrated class. Local teachers have their own characteristics in the teaching process and teaching methods.The paper choose nine local teachers teaching process as the object of analysis. This paper starts from the Philippines public high schools, describes the Chinese Comprehensive Course teaching model, the words teaching mode, the texts teaching model and the cultural knowledge teaching model, and analysis with related teaching theory. The local teachers' teaching model is in line with the Philippines public high schools. This article will use comparative analysis, classroom observation, questionnaire, related theories, and comparative analysis of the special nature of public high school Chinese courses; analyze the effectiveness of the Philippines public high schools Chinese Comprehensive Classroom Teaching Model.This paper is constituted of three parts:the first part introduces the status of Chinese Comprehensive Course. It describes the status about domestic Chinese Comprehensive Course Situation and Philippines public high schools Chinese Comprehensive Course Situation, involves some teaching Situation in Philippines Chinese School, analyzed the particularity of the Philippines public high school. The second part use classroom observation, analyze general teaching model, vocabulary teaching model, texts teaching model and cultural knowledge teaching model, make a detailed description of the local teachers teaching process. The third part is about the theory of language learning, teaching Chinese as a foreign language, classroom teaching methods and skills, combined with local teachers and students'survey results, analyze the theory of the Philippines public high schools in Comprehensive Chinese Course Teaching Model.
