The Separated Choosing Development Of Professional Social Work In Chinese Developing Place Looking From Pentagram Community

Since the 1980 s,or professional social work has been begun rebuilding in China,the development of professional social work has experienced more than 20 years of history.Different start time makes the development level of degree imbalanced.More than half of the regions in our country are developing places,comparing with Peking,Shanghai and Canton and so on.In this paper,with the post-professional perspective,combing social welfare history and professional social work development course and projects formed into general course of development of social work in Pentagram Community,Hua City,by using case study method,especially the extended case method.The paper believes that its development is a process of separation,with choosing from many factors.This paper reviews the system of social welfare organization mode and development course and specification from that of unity period,discusses that social work has existed as part of a social welfare practice.In the process of social transformation,the related content of that transfer was not continues fully by community.And this transformation process is based on the overall power within the framework of the shift.In community building phase,the community and community workers achieved the relative independence as a special social welfare practitioners.The service content and hardware facilities get further development in the relevant inputs increase gradually and the support of special funds.But due to the gap of expressive reality and objective reality,and the impression of the continuity and administrative factors,the change of practice method is limited comparing with unity phase.After the Central brought forward to constructing a grant of social work troops,the development of professional social work has accelerated.However,in the developing places,the understanding of connotation and content of professional social work is limited,because of absence of relevant professional resources.The total characteristics of the phase is an involution of development under the continuation of community building.So they must use the foreign professional and material resources,to achieve the effective development of professional social work.In the collusion of foreign professional resources and administrative system,the organizations and patterns of social work gradually independent,which is the process of fully separation.The staff,organization form,practicing content and working methods and so on,achieve independence form the totally development of professional social work practice.Because of the limit of professional practice in Hua City,although also contains new characteristics in the development,its working content and effect is still developing and a linear.At the same time,focus on the social work practice in Pentagram Community,in fact there are so many factors affecting the development path,such as the problems of internal management,the relationship between community and administrative problems in social work practice,the relationship between practice and professional,etc.In this case,social work is facing many possible path selection in developing.Comprehensive tabled,the separation process and influence factors are based on the previous phase and the macro environment,is a historical process of continuous development.At last,on the basis of summary of the full text,this part try to summary the characteristics of developing places and review the professional commitment of social work at the same time,hope to reflect further developing place relying on administrative development in development process,whether it can fully achieve professional commitment.
