Research On The Status Quo, Influencing Factors And Promotion Suggestions Of The Development Of Social Work Service Organizations In Qingdao

In recent years,with the increasing support of government to social work,and promulgating of related policies in succession,the development environment of Qingdao social work service institution is gradually optimized,and the quantity of them is rapidly increasing.However,a series of problems of social service institutions are still existing,such as insufficient competence of government incubation and purchasing,small scale of most institutions,unbalanced distribution of service,low salary and high churn rate of social workers,low social cognition for this kind of service,less source of social funds,seldom communication of institutions,and so on,which are restricting the progress of these institutions.This paper is on the basis of Society Ecosystems Theory,Two Factor Theory and Society Collaborative Governance Theory,and literature research,questionnaire survey and interview method are adopted in it.Starting from the present status of development of social work service institutions in Qingdao,this paper tries to analyze current situation and existing problems of them in four aspects,which are basic situation,governmental support,management and operation mode and social identity of them,and conducts correlation analysis of how potential factors affecting operation and development of these institutions from three aspects,support of government,management and operation of institutions,and social cognition.Then confirms the main factors,such as continuity of government's purchase of public service,salary incentive mechanism,adequacy of funds,financial stability,source of social fund,intensity and stress of work,independence of operation,recruitment situation,and so on.After that,this paper puts forward nine advices and suggestions in three aspects,government's increasing support in policy and purchase service,strengthening self-construction of these institutions for improvement in professional level and improving social cognition for better developmental environment,for promoting the prosperous development of them.
