| With the rapid development of science and technology, the information technology has seeped the social life aspects and make a huge impact on people’s production, life and way of thinking in a globe scope. Nowadays, human society has entered a bland-new area. In the face of the wave of information technology, many developed countries such as America, England and Japan have enhance the country competitiveness through adjusting educational objectives, formulating new educational reform program and training talents who fit this information society. However, compared with the developed countries, we still have far distance, mainly reflects in the concept and the development of information education, therefore, there is a positive significant for our country’s information technology curriculum reform to make a research on the information technology curriculum standards and teaching materials of these developed countries. Based on the comprehensive analysis of a large number of the teaching materials at home and abroad, this paper adopts the variety ways of research methods such as comparative research, content analysis and questionnaire survey research method, makes a deep research in information technology curriculum standards, curriculum objectives the choice of the main body of the teaching materials and the content organization and presentation of the teaching materials of the Chinese and Japanese high schools, finds out the differences and similarities between them and their respective features, gives some useful suggestions to information technology teaching and teaching material reform of our country, and also provides a reference for the teachers and researchers in this area. |
