Research On Entrepreneurship Education And Quality Of College Students

Since the reform and opening, China’s economy has been in a state of steadydevelopment, however, affected by the enrollment expansion of colleges anduniversities, university graduates a year more than a year, to solve the problem ofemployment of college students has become the inevitable demand, society in addition,serious disconnection between university education and social reality, on one hand,enterprises need a lot of talent but couldn’t find the right people, on the other hand,university graduates can not find suitable and qualified for work, not the balance ofsupply and demand imbalance is not a number, but does not match the imbalance ofwork ability. This is reflected in the recent years is obvious, the employment of collegestudents has become the focus of social issue of common concern. More and morepeople began to wonder why such a problem, how to find a way to solve the problemof employment, entrepreneurship education into people’s sight. So, in recent years,many colleges and universities set up enterprise education courses, but those ofentrepreneurship education curriculum mostly to relieve the pressure of employmentoriented education, with the business knowledge and business skills training as themain teaching content, to cultivate self occupation or to create more jobs and socialmember education. Such entrepreneurship education, there are a lot of problems, somestudents still don’t know how to adapt to the workplace, or can only carry out somesimple entrepreneurial activities, can not meet the actual demand of College Students’employment and entrepreneurship.In this study, through the study of literature, expounds the current situation ofentrepreneurship education at home and abroad, analysis of the problems existing inour country’s entrepreneurship education at present, and through the investigation andanalysis on the status of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Education in our countrywere investigated, trying to find out the main problems of the entrepreneurshipeducation for college students and the reasons affecting the university studentsentrepreneurship education in our country. Needle proposed the pattern quality ofentrepreneurship education for these problems the author, in order to entrepreneurshipand entrepreneurial spirit and so on many kinds of training students awareness ofentrepreneurship, in order to meet the demands in the times of knowledge economy onCollege students, and fully tap their potential, cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,increase employment and entrepreneurship students practice ability.
