Cadre Thinking Young College Contemporary Logistics And Countermeasures

University logistics is an indispensable part of China’s higher education. It offers material supports and basic managements for the normal operation of universities, The youth core staff of university logistics, among all sections in university logistics, is the future and nucleus of university logistics business. If we can do a good job of them, we’ll grasp the key link of university logistics business, and assure the well going and healthy development, and furthermore promote the realization of service and education mission of university logistics.In the past years, we carried out a kind of welfare-oriented university logistics system, which was supported totally by the government and universities. It had many serious disadvantages. Since the reform and opening up, especially the 1990s, with the continuous advancement of university logistics socialization reform movement, China’s university logistics business gains enormous changes, and makes a series of brilliant achievements. At the same time, a number of thorny issues urgent to be solved also come out. The ambitious goal:establishing a set of modern logistics system according with China’s national conditions, in which the market and society widely participate, isn’t yet implemented. The youth core staff of university logistics is just the main perpetrator and future leader of the ambitious goal. Therefore, we must pay full attention to and improve the living conditions of the youth core staff of university logistics, and carry out continuous and systematic policies to support and educate them.There are enormous theoretical value and practical significance to systematically study on the youth core staff of university logistics. Unfortunately, this point is not fully aware of in the domestic academia by far. Hence, I carry out my research on it. In this thesis, I firstly exams several important conceptions, namely the youth core staff, university logistics, the youth core staff of university logistics, Marxist view of education, etc.. Secondly, I combine the theoretical research with the empirical investigation. Through questionnaires and personal deep interviews, I conduct field visits, and then conclude and summarize the situation of survival and the state of mind of the youth core staff of university logistics. Finally, for the many problems faced by the youth core staff of university logistics, under the guidance of Marxist educational theory, I put forward the principles to improve survival pressures of the youth core staff, and to solve their ideological problems. I argue that only through the two dimensions, namely multiple subjects and multiple paths, can we comprehensively and thoroughly overcome the real and serious problems faced by the youth core staff of university logistics.
