Research And Solution Design For Staff Performance Management Of Logistics Company In X University

As an important part of the University,the logistics of colleges and universities provide important logistic support for the development of national higher education.However,with deepening reform and development of higher education in China,the existing management mode of university logistics has been completely unable to adapt to the new changes and new requirements,which highlights on operation of schools and the needs of daily life of teachers and students.That will mean the important premise of logistics managing,determining priorities,enhancing the level of performance and improving the quality of service is to adapt to the new changes of the demand,make a comprehensive,systematic and objective evaluation of the performance of logistics management,understand and grasp the needs for school operations and the daily lives of teachers and students and make corresponding adjustment of strategic target.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the research on the logistics management at home and abroad,the paper utilizes logistics company of X University as the research case to analyze the main problems of human resource performance management status and the causes of X University through performance plan,counseling,assessment and feedback.This paper is based on the mature performance evaluation theory and practice method at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics and reality of our university logistics management to put forward scientific suggestions and Countermeasures for human resources performance management of logistics company of X University.Finally,try through the influence of all factors on China University logistics performance management analysis,balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process,to explore the basic ideas of constructing the evaluation index system of performance management of university logistics,and try to construct the system of human resources management of university logistics performance evaluation index,available for reference in Colleges and universities select the operation mode of logistics performance management.
