On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Higher Vocational Education In The Background Of Industrial Structure Adjustment In China

In the promotion of economy and science and technology,global industry steps into the new stage of deeply adjustment and profound transformation,and the adjustment of economical structure and industrial structure in China has entered a critical period.The essential of adjusting industrial structure is redistribution resources.In the allocation of resources,constant adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure change the demand structure of labour,which put various requirements for labor quantity,type,level,etc.The higher vocational education is closely related to economical development and industrial structure upgrade,which plays an important role in the labour.So,in order to ensure the harmonious development of higher vocational education and industrial structure,its scale,professional settings,regional layout and hierarchy are required to make corresponding changes.On the basis of the interaction between higher vocational education and industrial structure,the current situation of higher vocational education are showed in China in the article,and predicament of higher vocational education is pointed.Then a series of ideas are proposed that play a positive role for the development of higher vocational education and industrial structure.In general,this article mainly includes the following four parts:The first chapter is introduction.In this part,research background,research significance,research method and research ideas are showed.At the same time,comprehensive comment on research results of education&industry,vocational education&economy both domestic and overseas are proposed.This instruction provides the overall ideas for this study.The second chapter is the interaction between higher vocational education and industrial structure.First,relevant theories about industrial structure adjustment have been showed.Second,the interaction between higher vocational education and industrial structure are explained from the theoretical perspective.The last part is about this interaction in each stage.The third chapter is current situation and the problem of domestic higher vocational education in the background of industrial structure adjustment.In this part,development scale,major Settings,regional layout and hierarchy of higher vocational education in China are analysed.At the same time,some problems in higher vocational education are summarized.The fourth chapter is the strategies of developing higher vocational education in the background of industrial structure adjustment.on the basis of the problems in the background of higher vocational education in China and successful experiences abroad,concrete ideas are proposed.
