Research On The Adjustment Of Professional Structure In China's Higher Vocational Colleges Facing The Industrial Demand

A new round of intelligent science and technology revolution and industrial revolution are sweeping the world,and the intelligent economy,digital economy and technological economy are profoundly changing human production and life style.The artificial intelligence industry based on cloud computing,blockchain and big data not only gives birth to new technologies and new products,but also drives the transformation of the basic industrial chain to the application advanced chain,causing major changes to the traditional industrial structure,promoting the rapid development of social productive forces as a whole,and becoming a new momentum of global economic growth.In the face of the new demand of intelligent industry,higher vocational colleges in China have carried out a series of actions and measures in the adjustment of professional structure,but why is there still the problem of insufficient adaptation between professional structure and industrial demand? So,how should China's higher vocational colleges adjust the specialty structure? This is an urgent problem to be solved in the professional construction of higher vocational education in our country,and it is also an eternal and classical problem in the development of vocational education.Based on this,the core issue of this study is to take the industrial demand as the background and premise to explore the lack of adaptability in the professional structure adjustment of higher vocational colleges in China.Centering on the problems to be studied,the author is further subdivided into several sub-questions:(1)What is the driving force for the adjustment of the professional structure of higher vocational colleges?(2)What are the levels of professional structure adjustment in higher vocational colleges? What are the main forms of expression and what are the specific contents?(3)What are the basic principles for the adjustment of specialty structure in higher vocational colleges?(4)How to form the dynamic model and rules of specialty structure adjustment in higher vocational colleges? How can the adjustment of the professional structure of higher vocational colleges in China achieve development and transcendence through system innovation? How to realize the docking of talent training and industrial demand?Around the above problems,based on conceptual analysis and research design,this paper explains and analyzes the adaptation relationship between industrial demand and professional structure adjustment,and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of this research based on adaptation theory.This study uses the methods of historical literature,case study and interdisciplinary research to carry out the research.The main research content is divided into three parts: total-sub-total.The third chapter is the first big part(general).From the macro overall analysis of the adaptation relationship and degree between the professional structure adjustment and industrial demand of higher vocational colleges as a whole,from the internal,external and external levels of higher vocational colleges,This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the three adaptation relationships of "professional-professional post group","professional category-industry" and "professional category-industry".On this basis,it analyzes the root causes of the lack of industrial demand and professional structure adaptation.Chapter 4 to Chapter 7 is the second part(sub),which selects the artificial intelligence(category)major as a case for the convenience and maneuverability of the research,through interviews,questionnaires and big data statistical analysis.This paper discusses the concepts,methods and characteristics of professional structure adjustment of higher vocational colleges in China from the above three levels.The eighth chapter is the third part(general),through in-depth case study,summing up the regular experience and principles,constructing the dynamic model of the professional structure adjustment of higher vocational colleges in our country,as well as the logic and measures that should be followed in the professional structure adjustment.This study aims to explain how the behavior of professional structure adjustment in higher vocational colleges produces economic and educational performance at the same time,and to promote the study of professional structure adjustment to make due contribution to solving the problem of industry-education adaptation.This study mainly draws the following conclusions.First,from the perspective of the overall adjustment of the professional structure of higher vocational colleges in China,its macro policy provides systematic and comprehensive support for the development of industrial demand and the adjustment of professional structure.Second,the root cause of the reality of professional structure adjustment in higher vocational colleges in China is the critical imbalance.It is embodied in three levels: the government,the market and higher vocational colleges.Third,the adjustment of the professional structure of higher vocational colleges in China shows that the adjustment of the professional structure is gradually becoming rational and objective,the adjustment of the professional structure is changing to the multi-track parallel of the connection of secondary and higher vocational education and the integration of general vocational education,and the adjustment mode of "non-equilibrium" is adopted in the adjustment of professional structure.Fourth,from the practical trends of the professional structure adjustment of higher vocational colleges in China,the professional structure adjustment of higher vocational colleges in China will show the following trends and trends in the future,first,the cross-integration of disciplines and the multi-dimensional expansion of professional space will become the mainstream trend of professional structure adjustment in the future;second,from the perspective of the mode of industrial development,continue to strengthen the cooperation of specialized industry-university-research in higher vocational colleges to promote the application and transformation of knowledge;third,small and medium-sized cities and areas with weak vocational education resources will usher in a better development trend of vocational education in the next few years.
