For a long time, the dropout problem has been to an unable to avoided issue in the field of education.In our country, since 1986 “The Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China " have been issued and implemented, China's popularization of nine-year compulsory education has made remarkable achievements," Pujiu "consolidation has also been effectively implemented. Although in recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standard, "two exemptions and one subsidy" preferential policies implement for the stage of compulsory education students, “pujiu” consolidate has not been well implemented in rural area. On the contrary, in recent years, the dropout problem in rural middle school is even more serious than before, it has become an obstacle to China's "comprehensive popularization of nine years of compulsory education and comprehensive improvement of the quality of compulsory education" process, but also affect to improve the quality of education and the implementation of universal education, resulting in a serious waste of education resources, the lack of talented person lead to the social economic development less power, and even worse disadvantage of social harmony and stability.Based on my own work practice, the paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire survey, interview to analysis the status of rural middle school students drop out in the Dacheng county. Through field visiting survey getting a large amount of data information and interview records. I analyzes the main reasons which caused the rural middle school students drop out as following : first, social factors, a new round of the resurgence of reading useless theory, government law enforcement is not strong, the tide work trend prevail in the community.Second, family factors: For students graduated from the university cant' ensure distribution lead in "reading useless, illiteracy harmless" theory severe corrode some parents mind which caused parents education idea dislocation, the utilitarian thought serious, only see immediate interests. Third, school factors: teachers' overall quality is low, the teaching method is unitary, management is simple and means, leading to student tired of learning, For backward teaching facilities,teachers could not well put into the teaching work, school educational philosophy disconnect with the mainstream teaching theory, which is still the exam-oriented education, elite education, no attention on the all-round development of students and equal treat to each student. Fourth, personal factors: students' foundation is worse, bad learning habits, lack of courage to overcome difficulties, fuzzy learning motivation which cause students are tired of learning and dropping out, pay attention to the short-term benefit, lack of broad ideal and goal orientation, insufficient understanding of the importance in learning, affected by the bad surrounding environmental leading to drop out from school, the students can't get the teacher's attention in school which lead to the psychological gap is large, the lack of learning motivation lead to drop out.Can be seen, There are many factors which lead to the rural middle school students drop out in our country, so if we wanted to solve the problem of rural middle school dropout issue,we should do works from many aspects, government and education administrative departments should intensify propaganda, so that parents could establish a correct concept of education, strengthen law enforcement supervision, control the occurrence of drop out. Parents should strive to create a warm and harmonious family, so that the children's physical and mental could keep good health and well development. Schools should improve the teachers' strength and the level of education, reform the evaluation system. Students should establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values, correct learning attitude, stimulate students' learning interest, and establish a good relationship between teachers and students, etc.
