At present, rural middle school students drop out of school has become a normal problem in our country, although the implementation of nine-year compulsory education in our country has got a big achievement, but because influenced by various factors, the poor rural areas, especially in remote mountainous areas in our country, especially serious conditions are middle school students drop out of school, this caused the quality of compulsory education. Especially in recent years, the social from all walks of life are also the corresponding measures to control rural middle school students drop out of school,but the actual operation effect is not satisfied. In such a case, a scientific and reasonable analysis for middle school students drop out of school, formulate relevant management measures, the actual school is the top priority for the prevention and control of high school students drop out of school.This paper adopts a S in baishan questionnaire survey was conducted among 118 middle school students and part of the school leadership, teachers, individual interview,and case interview and case analysis was carried out on the dropout,and their parents, which is comprehensive,practical and to understand the status of middle school students drop out of baishan city a S school.This article mainly from the student individual, family, school and society of the four angles of baishan S school dropout of investigation,and on the basis of individual,family, school and society to the student four aspects of the investigation and statistics to detailed analysis and in-depth exploration, in order to grasp the overall situation of the middle school students drop out of school,various aspects of present a specific level,find our all kinds of influential factors of students drop out emotions,help for other areas to rural middle school students in school dropout phenomenon of a like nature research provide reference and reference;Put forward suggestion and countermeasures for prevention and control of high school students drop out of school.Through this article to explore,the following conclusions:Baishan one S reasons and personal middle school students drop out of school, family,school and social factors are related,in these four factors,school factor is the investigation and the influence factors of middle school students think that the most important,while in this four factors,since the school in the position of the core,it there is a correlation with the rest of the three aspects,the school has the defects in management and control of the negligence of the work,so should pay attention to and assist individuals,families and society three aspects to do a good job of prevention and control keep learning,schools should be the greatest degree of play its roles of energy.
