Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up,a large number of migrant farmers, to rural economic development has brought opportunities. Meanwhile, with the change of society, older unmarried young men in rural areas Spouse prominent increasingly. The data show that 20-year-old to 45-year-old male is about more than 30 million women by 2020, In view of the sex ratio imbalance for a long time, researchers inferred that China will likely 30 million bachelor army by 2020, and in particular the most serious in rural areas.Y Village is a natural village which is located Qianbei, the village of better economic conditions, convenient transportation, people live fear of abject poverty,however, the village appeared the phenomenon that a large number of older young men has unmarried, due to the larger proportion of unmarried young men, having an impact on daily life of the village.the phenomenon due to many reasons,on the one hand, there are their own factors, on the other hand,there are others, the survey also found that Spouse problem of young men in the village facing pressure from various aspects, even the pressures caused the group “inferiority” and “loneliness”, these problems are not resolved, it will affect the lives of young men in the future.This research is based on theory of education, psychology and sociology,with the researching methods of text-analysing and interview,visiting survey to the young men and the neighbors,to know about their spouse problems, develop plans and carry out a series of activities aim at demand for the service object, in order to help alleviate the pressure on them and improve their self-confidence, and then rebuild confidence of spouse,hope in the future, and through the approach of“matchmaking”, providing opportunities for interaction with the opposite sex, and effectively provide some help for the young men who have spouse problems. Through the intervention of social work practice, exploring a new model of social work in the field.
