With the continuous reform and improvement of the current education management of high school quality education, largely promote the related research, at the same time, the full implementation of quality education and the new curriculum reform, the students learning and understanding, expand the ability put forward more standardized and scientific standards, but for some relatively weak learning ability of students or, the students with psychological problems, such as introversion, autism, ability of teaching management in higher standards means that these students will have more problems, such as consciousness is poor, enthusiasm is not high, lack of interest and the resulting lack of confidence; there is a class of students, active and lively nature, self-discipline is not strong, prone to unruly, naughty, weariness, late, leave early, violation of discipline is a significant feature of them, in the educational activities, These students tend to hold "not only ignorance, there is no so-called" attitude.
