To make a general survey of our country’s research system of education, Chinese education always are the base and center curriculum in foundation educations. Although Chinese is the base for school educations, the composition is the base for Chinese. In Chinese educations, we must face up to the underachiever educations which is the most important part in it. Put mind and thought of individualized education which from obstacle children’special educations in to the composition Chinese of teaching. As for underachiever education in Chinese teaching of composition. For Senior High school freshmen’s composition educations is a special and key period. In this time, student needs face on the change of composition valuations system which is compositions requirements. So there will be more and more backward pupil between composition. Individualized education is one of new thinking for resolve educations of underachiever. As capacity shows which in student’s compositions, valuation for student s compositions, this research base on main directions from educations of Senior High school freshmen Chinese argumentative writing. As for smaller argumentative writing of student, make valuations with three-dimensional system. Then, combine with feature of mind and body from student. To get the level base on valuations from student’s compositions. Make individualized education programs for students. Then combine with actual Chinese teaching and course arrangements of students. Modify student’s individualized education plan. Let student achieve education target easily. During education plan implementation, make valuation for students’ capacity of compositions untime, then calibrate educations plan. Finally it will be find student gets some improvement through individualized education plan". teach students in accordance of their aptitude" teaching idea specific is reflect on individualized education effective application which during general teaching for underachiever. This research’s purpose also provide a new thinking and directions for composition backward pupil education in the future. This research also provide a exercisable model and procedure which is crystallize "teach students in accordance of their aptitude" teaching idea. At the same time, we can find that resolve student’s mental trouble is the key point to improve backward pupil capacity fundamentally through research. Subject’s understanding from students is the important factor that influence student’s learning capacity and learning situations. individualized education is a summary thinking to resolve backward pupil educations。Also provide a exercisable directions and thread for backward pupil’s educations to teacher which staying first line.
